Dennis McNulty
Dennis has three decades of experience as a business leader and organizational consultant. He has a passion for helping leaders transform their leadership skills, organizations and businesses. He has proven expertise in program design and delivery, strategic planning, project management, and leading complex organizational change to achieve successful business results.
Dennis has a wide-range of professional experience in the Silicon Valley with high-tech, aerospace, manufacturing and engineering industries including Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies and Lockheed Martin Space Systems. He has served in both leadership and consulting roles to drive change and improve individual and organizational performance. He has served as Senior Consultant for Hewlett Packard’s Strategy, Organization and Change Group; and in multiple leadership positions for Lockheed Martin, including Manager for Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness and Project Manager for their US Navy Program Office with over $500M in program budgets. In these roles he successfully designed and delivered leadership programs, strategic change initiatives, and managed complex cross-boundary projects to achieve breakthrough results.
Dennis’ education includes a Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of California and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Antioch University, Ohio. He lives in the San Francisco bay area with his wife Karen, and they have two sons who are married and live in California.
