Jeff Williams

With over three decades of practical, hands-on senior management experience at some of Silicon Valley’s most innovative firms, Jeff brings the collective wisdom from the industry's best and brightest to his client engagements.

His career includes VP and Director level responsibility for corporate strategic planning, marketing, global sales enablement and operations, customer experience advocacy, strategic alliances, M&A integration, training, and product management for Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, and several startups.  As a senior consultant, Jeff delivers tested business strategy expertise and executive coaching insights to his executive clients.

In his current role as SPRING Network VP of Operations, Jeff works closely with the Account Manager and Session Facilitator to design the environment for adaptive large group iterations that achieves the desired engagement outcomes.  

He is an expert at discovering the white space between organizations.  He builds trust, collaboration, and engagement between functions to overcome silos and deliver superior value to customers.  Jeff helps leaders establish work environments that foster innovation, push thought to a new level, and bring out the best in global organizations.  Recent clients include Sutter Health, Assurant Solutions, Hewlett-Packard, and Cisco.

Jeff earned his Bachelor degree in Computer Mathematics at San Jose State University, and his MBA in Management at Santa Clara University.  Jeff lives in Palo Alto with his wife, son, and daughter, who recently returned from a Peace Corps assignment teaching food security methodology in West Africa.
